Bartending & Mixology Classes
In this class, students will spend 80% of the time behind a fully equipped training bar, learning how to mix popular drinks using simulated spirits and mixes. An experienced instructor will provide a full explanation and demonstration of drink preparation, and then students will practice making the same drinks behind the bar. As a top-grade mixology school, we emphasize the importance of taking pride in cocktail creations, prioritizing quality over quantity, and appreciating the artistry that goes into each drink.

Bartending, Mixology & Tips
After learning the basics of bar science and gaining experience behind a bar, students receive hands-on training in crafting cocktails while learning to comply with local and federal alcohol regulations.
Upon completing the Mixology course, you will receive the TIPS certification class required by state law to serve alcohol. The cost of your class includes the TIPS certification, which will need to be renewed three years after completing the course. The certification includes a lecture and test, which are only held on scheduled Fridays.

Craft Cocktails & Mixology II
This program is designed to enhance your skills as a bartender and not to over pour, but to make tasty cocktails. We also introduce you to a lot more products and demo on how to make these tasty drinks! This class will make your drinks come to life. Snacks will be provided. If you want to bring some of your own that's OK also! Participants MUST be at least 21 years of age and have a valid ID, as they will be tasting real alcohol. There is no testing during this class. Limit 8 seats per class.
*You must bring a Designated Driver
*Note: You do not need to complete the bartending course to attend the Craft cocktail class, However, you do need to be 21 years of age or older! Please call us or check our calendar for class dates!

Wine Class
Come join us for a fun day of learning about the world of wine through a collaborative session presented by our highly educated owner. This is geared towards the novice or for the individual who has some wine knowledge. We will explore the making of wine, discuss various regions and, incorporate a food and wine pairing. We are here to put your mind at ease – not to intimidate you and muddy your mind with useless “wine-speak”. This is a fun class and keeping it light – makes you feel at ease. We will not be tasting Cabernet/Merlot or Chardonnay – there are far too many other grapes of interest that we would like to introduce you to that perhaps, you have never tried. We will take you through White/Rose’ and Red wines – so sit back and enjoy the trip around the world of wine. It need not be so frightening and mysterious a subject. Wine sales in the United States have overtaken Beer and are rapidly growing at an alarming rate – begin your journey with us! There is no testing for this class. Limit 8 per class.

TIPS Certification
Obtaining TIPS certification is a crucial part of your time with us. This nationally recognized program is skill-based and aims to prevent intoxication, underage drinking, and drunk driving. Our course is designed to thoroughly educate and train students in responsible alcohol sale, service, and consumption, equipping them with the knowledge to identify and address potential alcohol-related issues proactively.
