Rae

Rae has devoted her career to educating mixologist and establishment owners on mixology and general bar operations. Starting her career bartending at private events, Rae has hands-on career training with inventory, management, "front-of-the-house" management, bar consulting, and creating drink menus. Being a master mixologist Rae has been chosen over and over again to be the top educator in New England.

Owner of the RI School of Mixology, Rae continues providing services for corporate and nonprofit events with companies such as Big Brother - Big Sisters of Rhode Island, Shamrock Financial, RI Football Club, Gay pride, and America on tap, Brew at the zoo and so many more. Rae provides affordable consulting services in the greater New England area and has references upon request. She is crowd control certified and a TIPS trainer. Rae provides the TIPS Certification Class (a required certification to pour alcohol in the state of RI) to any student or establishment leaving you fully prepared for your new career!
