This school was such a good investment. Not only did it bring me up to speed with product knowledge, drink menus and the education of Bartending but I have made good connections and great friends! Rae is one amazing lady! She made me feel like myself. At one point I wanted to quit but she talked to me and told me don’t give up! Everything is always difficult in the beginning! Thanks to her I’m now a certified mixologist and I work at a great place.
Thank you Rae for believing in me when I failed to believe in myself!

I graduated from your bartending school this past April (I was one of the students from Bridge Water State University). I wanted to let you know that I worked at Barrett's Waterfront this summer. I began bar backing and food running, but eventually became a server. After a lot of hard work, I convinced my managers to give me the opportunity to bartend. Tonight is my first bartending shift and I am extremely excited. I just wanted to extend my thanks for everything I learned at your school, I greatly appreciate it.
